Your recipes made me get back my passion for cooking and baking. I've been through such a dark time and I felt like I not longer had that passion in me because life got so hectic. But your recipes are so simple and absolutely wonderful, even after a long tough day it's nice to still be able to make such warm wonderful things for my daughter. These would taste amazing as garlic bread. Happy I can use bread flour to make these. I really need to use up the bag I have before it's no longer good. 😕 Just this past weekend I made your garlic, parsley filled with cream cheese buns. I had the hardest time with that dough due to the weather we've been having. I know it had to have been that because I've made that recipe SO many times before and never had an issue. Thankfully they came out. My plan was to make 2 batches. They were going to my extended family but after getting so frustrated with the 1st dough I just told myself they're going to have to share the 8 I made, lol... 🤷‍♀️

I am Mrs Arbiol and I made 2 Bread recipes and I can not get my dough too look the same. I mace the buns and Brioche and my dough was dense?? I followed every step. Is the flour different or the butter? Help!! We ate it and it was good but did not look anything like yours.

If you don't have milk powder can you substitute it with regular regular whole milk or milk in a can
