Super Soft Garlic Butter Milk Buns| Easy Steps for Soft Buns

These buns smell and taste amazing with the rosemary, garlic and butter. The butter helps to keep the buns shiny.
You can always warm these again and it’s still be soft. So fun with the Christmas tree formation.
I used the oven to proof the dough since it’s cold right now. If you have an instant pot, you can proof it in the IP under yogurt mode for 1 hour.
Ingredients:
375g bread flour
4tbsp granulated sugar
2tsp active dry yeast
1/4tsp salt
1 egg
1 cup warm milk
4tbsp unsalted butter
Will take about 3hours. Be patient with the proofing and resting of the dough and you won’t regret it.
