I love this! Even when I was a little kid, I've always felt instinctively that sunshine is good for us. I've had times where my body screamed "just get into the sun and you'll be okay!" This has been very validating for me and I love hearing some of the new science behind it. Thank you! ❤

I had to pause this and go sit in my greenhouse. Thank goodness I go out daily. Plus a greenhouse a sunroom and a glassed in front porch. I am thinking gardening is one reason some people live longer but it is the sunshine and exercise that the gardening demands. Good show. I enjoyed it. ❤

I was a patient of his due to an awful case of insomnia that I dealt with for years … Then through rife frequencies I started taking Paxlovid. The insomnia greatly decreased! So much I stopped seeing Roger. .. (Please note this wasn’t his recommendation)

Fascinating interview!! Thank you Dr Seheult for sharing your vast knowledge and for pursuing the latest results of pertinant research. I live surrounded by trees and have been so grateful for that esp since I learned about near infrared light from you on your channel :-) . Re natural remedies, you reminded me of the Kneipp cure which I learned about growing up in Germany. In the 50s, it was customary for families to go for walks in the woods every weekend.

Thanks for covering this important topic!! It’s basically Forest Bathing” like the Japanese do, but understanding more about sun rays. Works through clouds too.. right?

Clouds - not as well. Water in the clouds absorb around 940 nm which is smack right in the NIR spectrum. Better on sunny days.

You talked about the benefits of being around plants .. I would like to know if you still get the infrared red light benefits if you are walking through a forest with mostly shade from the trees? Also if it’s a cloudy day?

You need to flip you day around and do whatever you did PM in the AM. Also, when sleeping during the day you must have your bedroom completely dark and you must do this 7 days a week - not just on the days you work graveyard.
