So you need to have the machine to beable to use the book?
It's written for it, so I think it's best, but you can freeze the mixtures in ice cream trays, let them thaw for 5 minutes, then blend like you would ice cream in a blender.
Im finding this very confusing. Did u make what you are pulling out of freezer. Spinning what's spinning. Do you represent the co. For the machine?
I do not represent the company. It was a short demo talking about the book and showing how to use the machine. I have tons of videos showing you how to make and then spin. Even on Chef AJs channel.

Speaking of eating non soaked uncooked raw oats, Dr Caldwell Esselstyn also eats raw oats (Quaker Old Fashioned Rolled Oats) daily, often twice. He adds berries, banana, ground flaxseed meal, oat milk. I tried it after watching his oatmeal video on youtube and now eat a serving of raw oatmeal every evening and it is absolutely delicious. I eat cooked steel cut oats for breakfast; I put same ingredients on rolled and steel cut.

I eat my oats like cereal. Uncooked and sometimes cooked with Almond milk, raisins, banana and some other fruit, just whatever I have. I can never remember to prepare for overnight oats. Great show!

@chefJavant Jamaican breadfruit grows on a tree and can serve as a bread replacement for many. Traditionally it's boiled, roasted or fried (fried is typically the roasted variation then fried). It would be cool if you could find it and make some dishes like the viewer had asked!

Congratulations Brenda! I have been vegan/PB for 4 years. I’ve read all of the book however still waiting and researching for weight loss. Haven’t lost a pound and need to loose 30 pounds. 5’3” at 157. I hate how I feel and look and it’s frustrating. I feel a lot of chronic stress is an issue. I’ll get there!😊

What do you want is is to do all you can in regards to your health building muscle having really good cardio, eating extremely low-fat and high carbohydrate many many years before you reach menopause so that your body is in a good place to produce a decent amount of hormones when the time comes, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪
It is so simple you just have to eat an extremely low-fat diet and do some regular low intensity, long, duration, cardio for optimal heart health, Carbs FTW!! 💪💪💪

Ladies, what do you get from kale you cant get elsewhere? I have no interest in eating kale, but am willing to eat most anything else. Even eating arugula which i dont care for
Comparing Kale to Spinach and Swiss Chard, Kale exceeds both in vitamins such as A, C, K, B1,2,3,5,6 and Minerals such as calcium, potassium, zinc, as well as being higher in Omega 3's and 6's
Arent those all found in other foods if I can't stand to eat kale? It's really the one thing I just can't 😢

I love Lissa’s wraps ! I have the ebook and refer to it all the time! I have the cosori 6 tray dehydrator -makes the 3 smaller rectangle shape wraps options and I eat the whole wrap yum yum ! Great questions, AJ! I was thinking about one of your questions. I would say that shopping for clothes is a pleasure now that I have lost some weight. Lost 30 pounds but still losing. Such a better selection, better feeling when clothes look better.
