Summer is a season, the place where either south or north are what convey the temperature mostly. So I wore hoodie and sae others wear hoodies even in the Summer. I get what you mean though.

I live in the 6ix (Toronto) and the summers here get so hot even though we in Canada. The heat can get intense that wearing a hoodie on the bus has you sweating. I usually is wear open clothes

get flowy wider pants in the summer, usually made of linen, viscose, silk, depends on what you like. Linen viscose mix is usually best because viscose has a cooling effect and linen is a perfect summer fabric

Because oversized is breathable which is important in the summer. Also fitted clothes always show the shape of my butt and my bulge so I prefer to wear oversized so that I can walk around more comfortably and modestly
