  If you use Nizoral (ketoconazole) long-term, dandruff might get used to it and will not be effective anymore. it is advisable to rotate with Salicylic acid shampoo every 3 months.   the amount of barbers that dont understand the "long and layered" cut. I have had long hair for most of my life, and the amount of times i go the get a hair cut and they just trim it and i end up looking like lord farquad is insane.
