Try to schedule your entire day in a calender. Assign time block to each task. Keep it flexible and prioritize the chart 4. Minimize procrastination and not fall for less pleasurable tasks . Don't attend meetings that are time wasting. Sitting is a new form of smoking. Pareto Rule: 80:20 rule , 80 % of result will come from 20 % of efforts. 7. Theme days to focus on bigger goal. Monday as administrative day . Focus day, Buffer day , free day . 8. Never touch something until you are ready. 9. Stay healthy and boost your productivity 10.
