Many positive ideas but the concepts remind me of Monty Python's How to Do It sketch. Here's Jackie to tell you how to rid the world of all known diseases: "Well, first of all become a doctor and discover a marvelous cure for something, and then, when the medical world really starts to take notice of you, you can jolly well tell them what to do and make sure they get everything right so there'll never be diseases any more."

You know, you don't need to grow old to die. I was dying at the age of 20 as a result of no direction and no purpose.

The 10x Rule is not clear to me. Does it literally mean put forth 10 times the amount of activity that others did? For example, the standard bench pressing weight of my opponents is that they're pushing 250 lbs. So is it simply what it says it is: 10 times the actions of other people. So I should just bench press 2,500 lbs?

Hell ya you should aim for 2500 lbs. because if you can’t you do it. You will get up there. You might be able to bench 400lbs sooner or later.

its about YOUR 10X. Youre meant to OUTDO the self that's been doing 2X. (if it means focussing on others, i think it might not be as successful...its all about YOU..your goals. your achievement, your focus, your failures, your daily steps and discipline

Good stuff. But no one’s watching your channel. You need to mix with popular audiobooks like Harry Potter etc
