Follow me on Instagram if you like, lots of family pics and funny stuff. We keep it pretty light.

You should change the title of these to “Dad reacts and does 99% of the talking while daughter patiently indulges him”

Yeah welll :p i think we all can relate to that girl! How fun is it when a friend or family member just haaaas to show you a song they really like, and sit there just watching your reaction.. I hate it! :p So this is why reaction channels are so awesome, they pretend to like everything so the viewers feel good when someone like "their" song

Fun fact! James and Lars from Metallica once said that sum41 is the most talented group of kids they've seen in a long time. Which is why they allowed sum41 to remake one of Metallicas songs and put it on this same album. James has been quoted as saying he prefers they're version better than the original.

What, are you sure you got that remake a song part? Does this look infected doesnt have a metallica cover..bitter end was on chuck that was almost like an homage to battery lol, but ya curious to know you’re reference for that. I know they played metallica icon, is that what you’re referencing?
Yo, listen to the acoustic version Deryck put out a few days ago. It’s like nothing they’ve done before. (I believe this version will be more in line with your daughter’s taste...and definitely your son.) He also did a cover of Linkin Park’s Faint recently with Mike Shenoda.

Yesss love SUM 41!
Damn your daughter is so blessed..I wish I had a father as caring and attentive as you. Aloha and Mahalo for all the reactions. 💛🤙🙏
When I sang this song in concert, I screamed DROP DEAD A BULLET TO MY HEAD and so many men gave me fist bumps
Yes, Sum 41 again! Hope you do more Sum 41!
Let's hear what Annie DOES like!!! I'd love to hear her playlist!!!
This channel is so inspiring! Thanks again.
You gotta listen to their “fake my own death” I think Annie would love that music video with all the memes they have in there haha. And also they did Linkin Parks “Faint” with Shinoda that you gotta do also
Plz do reaction to BLINK 182 !!!!! Annie for sure will like the music videos :)
I'm still waiting...for a reaction from his daughter....
Your daughters reaction to how excited you are is so wholesome. Reminds me of how my sister was with my dad when he got excited about something. But she was a bit more brash and blunt hahaha. Now they share that sense of humor and it's just beautiful. It's good to see a strong father daughter relationship and don't worry if she seems a bit aloof or shy it's just how we all are with our parents in the teen years, I'm 31 now and my sister will be 30 in October but thankfully our relationships with our parents are where they should be as adults and I feel like that is what most come to as we grow out of the awkward teen days 😋 anyway glad to find the channel and peace & love!
Dad has great taste in music, every video you do, I was a fan of that specific band. Was a big Sum 41 fan (or The Sums), being a punk rocker from the 1970’s, always loved punk, so loved Green Day, Blink 182 and Sum 41, along with other punk bands from the 90s & 2000s.

Although this sounds punk none of those bands are punk rock, they have too much pop and rock influence
I love sum 41. Im 33 yrs old and still listenin since my teenager years. Deryck's lyrics is underated!

thats so good, got this album on christmas back in the days, was awesome!
Great song favorite band
You are litteraly doing an amazing amazing thing my man. Music is your "kung-fu". And your passing it on the way it's supposed to be. Bravo dude
its so beautiful seeing a dad show off his cool music to his kids !!
Hey man, hope you can find work soon...you're a great person! Hang in there. I've been out of work for over two months but I will have a new job soon. Keep doing what you do bro!
Your smile! I also just love the Sums :D
Watched a couple videos. I'm 32. My 16 year old self that had a really hard time growing up and listened to this song repetitively saw something in your daughter before they started breaking stuff in the video. Probably just related to the song creating emotion, but its worth looking into. No teenager is without emotion, but any teen would be stonefaced knowing they are getting put on the internet.
title should be “dad watched and enjoys good music while daughter sits next to him” lmaoo
I love this song so much, it's actually the song that got me into this type of music.
Hey, love your channel and love Sum 41. So glad your doing more of them. But if you're looking for a good song to relate to what's going on lately I suggest Bird Set Free by Sia. This song was co-written with Adele about Adele's struggle she had a few years back with her voice but it's pretty versatile in that it can be applied to almost any situation.
Such an awesome shirt!!!
Sum 41 has always been down to Earth. So worth love!
Great band. On my playlist in the car.
There is a video of them reacting to some of their popular videos! Its HILARIOUS hearing the behind the scenes of how they were made and what all went down. BTW Deryck is retiring, they said you've got the job!🤣
Sum41 is such a great band, especially Does This Look Infected and Chuck are still on heavy rotation.
Hey dude new to you're channel. Love you're getting You're daughter into some real music. Wish more father's did. I know I do.
One of my favourite songs on one of my favourite albums ever!!!
Lol. This one's funny. I went to school with Will Sasso. My buddy Tom is playing guitar with Sum 41 now too 🤘🤘 he's from Gob 👍
Got to show her “with me” by them it’s probably one of my favorites by them

Love Sum 41, good Canadian band. Another on you should have a listen to is Hedley, lots of funny videos and great songs. Its worth a listen.
How is the vampire hunting going? I do think that this is a solid question.
Hell yes one of my favorite songs! I peep a Lamborghini hat 👀😂
It is one of my favorite songs along with open your eyes
Fun fact. The executive in the beginning of the music video is the same guy who played the bouncer on the TV show How I Met Your Mother
Sum 41 - with me. Such a strong song
Such a great song
This is such an addicting song, prediction this is something she would listen to afterwards!
Do goldfinger - superman ... they just did a in home recording it’s awesome like a bunch of dads rocking out :p
You gotta do We're All To Blame another song that's relevant to today's world
that diagonal bookshelf is sick
"That guy used to be on Mad Tv"....*crickets*
If you hadn't seen it yet, Deryck just did an acoustic version about a week ago. It's on their official channel.

Very glad that brown sound came back for the newer music
4 out of the 10 mins is dad talking about Sum41. Dad is clearly a fan ;)
the intro of the video its them making fun of all the ''the'' bands from the early 2000s and the video itself is a parody of the strokes video for Last nite.
Love the Frog brothers shirt... love me some lost boys...you should have Annie watch sum 41 "with me" my 12 year old daughter just discovered this song and she loves it
Yup, Will Sasso was in MADtv. I love this song/video - bangin' - in every sense of the word!
This is the type of father I can imagine myself in a couple of years (lets say 15 :D) glad to see this!
Memories....
React to other songs of Sum 41 like " Blood In My Eyes" , "Walking Disaster", "45" , "We're All To Blame".
Love some - Sum 41...
This guy's a good dad 🎖
You guys should react to "Never There". Great song, amazing video
U should try Mad Caddies - drinking for 11.. Everyone enjoys that one!
Random comment: love the shirt!
another song that is really applicable to the situation today is "eve of destruction" by Barry McGuire. It's originally about the Vietnam war but i find the lyrics really apply to the situation today
This was the first music video I ever saw, I found it on a VHS in the bottom of a box, the other half of the video tape was good charlottes lifestyles of the rich and the famous, at that moment a little punk was born
Gotta show her The Offspring, AFI, The Ataris, Blink 182, All American Rejects, Yellowcard, Good Charlotte, Simple Plan, All Time Low and Dashboard Confessional
A forgotten classic is no rain by blind melon. It would be awesome to get your reaction to that
the main riff of this song is def inspired by tallica. love it!
Claaaaaaaaassic! :D
I first heard it playing the first Obscure
Props for the steel series peripherals.
Love the dads energy. The girl is a vibe killer 🤷♂️. She’ll form an opinion when her personality develops I guess
History has showed us....unfortunately it takes tragedy, violence, suffering, and then courage for change 2 happen. N it takes years, decades, centuries shamefully. Song is great, been rockin to sum 41 20+ yrs
Could you please do a reaction video of Bloodhound Gang, they where big at the same time as Sum41 & the songs bring back memories of when I was a teenager. These songs are my favorites: - Fire Water Burn - The Bad Touch - Mope - Uhn Tiss Uhn Tiss Uhn Tiss - The Ballad of Chasey Lain - The Inevitable Return of the Great White Dope I'm pretty sure that most of them are not really appropriate to watch together with your daughter, but I would really like that you guys do a reaction of one of the songs.
Question: seeing your mouse and keyboard I'm wondering are you a gamer? and if you are, what kind of games you play or your fav? sorry if it's not related to the video lol just been wondering for a while now Oh BTW, Great choice of bands. Always
Coolest t shirt itw. Kids don’t know about the Frog Brothers. You cool Pops.
I'm sitting here thinking that oh wow dad really knows Sum 41... then I realize that I'm dad and I'm not 20 anymore
7:40 gotta love the drummer LOL
Depeche Mode: People are People although you can do a comparison between DM and Dope
Damn, I never realized that was Will Sasso until you mentioned mad TV... I'm an idiot.
A Canadian band that you would like to be in....wow! Thank you from Canada as Deryck Whilbley was a great front man. Please tell Annie to smile more Harrison is so real,. however, he could not win a poker game against her.Just saying. I have watched your channel for almost 6 months. He married Avril Lavigne and the producer was Will Sasso. Keep up the great work that you do! Greetings from Winnipeg, Canada.
Since she is into playing acoustic guitar, she might like 'Hole Hearted' by Extreme. Great acoustic guitar playing.
You supposed to show her the strokes - Last Nite video first lol

What about Tina S.?Mix - LUDWIG VAN BEETHOVEN - MOONLIGHT SONATA - 3RD MOVEMENT - TINA S - Animated Tab - Guitar Tutorial Tina S, Patrick Rondat, Gary Moore, and more
You forgot to mention that they are making fun of the band The Strokes and their 2001 hit “last night”...the stage, the hipster clothes, funky groovy names etc. fun song You should do some Strokes reaction vids next with Annie, preferably “last night” to compare and show what sum 41 we’re making fun of here, lol
That Maiden riff though !!!
You should listen to a song from there newest album Order In Decline the singles are bangers and they are very relevant to today.
Well Dad might be a fuckin' nerd, but Sum 41 never stopped kicking ass, that is for damn sure.
Sum 41 forever
This relationship between father and daughter is such a dad moment - i love it haha
thanks for Iceland plank hope you been
should also do maybe rise against as well!
Have you herd Smooth criminal by Michael Jackson? Everytime you say your daughter's name I keep hearing the chorus of that song. Like when you hear someone says "under pressure" and you can't help hear Vanilla ice in your head lol
That record producer BTW is Will f-king Sasso!
