I buy sweets but rarely eat them or anything else, my girlfriend and family are concerned but I'm not hungry. I just think I want to eat to stop their concerns.

As someone with Parkinson’s, I was wondering if you knew anything about monk fruit sweetener. Is it a healthy alternative to sugar or should it be avoided?

Rudimentary suggestions so far nothing new 20 minutes in. She says to eat protien or fat or fiber with your sugar to mitigate damage and and cravings from sugar. Everyone who has these cravings will tell u it is not nearly as satisfying when u do this. Going straight to the ice cream fills some kind of physiological need your brain and body have for straight sugar. It may be a temporary fix but it is a fix. I've had my coconut oil, my protien shake, 10g of carbs and I am still off to the store for some ice cream. I cant keep it in the freezer cuz no matter how big the container, it will be gone in a day.
