    Exacvtly!!! Caitlin Clark There’s never been a Caitlin Clark. She’s Iowa’s finest work of art. Unselfishly she plays her heart. She paints good pictures of our parts. If we could share, on the court of life- Give real assists to those alive- And score some points that count for good, This world would change, perhaps it should. The way that Caitlin plays inspires. She obviously is filled with fire. But she maintains the calm approach. She’s not disturbed when she’s encroached. She tries to help her teammates score. She’s a leader whom they adore. Her fame is built on true finesse. A humble spirit describes her best. She’s deceptive with the ball. Unlikely will they steal at all. She tries to help to make her team Feel supreme in all their dreams. Success she’s found upon the court. And her example has import. If we could all just share the ball This world would change, we’d hear God’s call. Caitlin if you read this rhyme Know I love your play design. You inspire us with your play. You show how to win in every way. Paul Anderson Urantiapoet.com

    Stats do not lie. At this point in the season, Clark is well ahead of Reese in terms of overall impact. Scoring: Clark - 16.00 ppg (16th); Reese - 13.2 ppg (29th). Assists: Clark - 7.1 (3rd); Reese - 1.9 (50th). Rebounds: Reese -11.8 (1st); Clark 5.7 (19th). The interesting thing about the rebounds comparison is that Clark leads all WNBA guards in rebounds. Clark generates far more offense for the Fever - Scoring and Assists - than Reese does for the Sky.

    Also, some other stats are interesting. Reese is 76 of 168 for 45.2% from less than 5 feet. From 5 to 9 feet, she is 3 of 17 for 17.2%. From 10 to 14, she is 1 of 2 for 50%. From 15 to 19 feet, she is 3 of 13 for 23.1%, and from 20 to 24 feet, she is 0 for 8 and 0 for 1 beyond 25 feet. For Clark, the numbers are: less than 5 feet, 33 of 57 for 57.9%, 5 to 9 feet, 7 of 20 for 35%. From 10 to 14 feet, 2 of 7 for 28.6%, from 15 to 19 2 of 5 for 40%, from 20 to 24 feet, 9 of 28 for 32.1%. From 25 to 29 feet, 35 of 108 for 32.4%, from 30 to 34 feet 13 of 32 for 40.6 %, and beyond 35 feet 0 for 1. At every distance, except for 10 to 14 feet, Clark has a higher percentage of shots made.

    @cheesun124 Sky was a different team and coach last year. If you're gonna use stats, what's the plus/minus. A turnover gives the opponent another scoring opportunity and garnering an offensive rebound gives your team another opportunity. Caitlin gives her opponent 6 more shot attempts per game. • @ScottyBerkowitz
    @ScottyBerkowitz4 күн бұрын

    Boy is she clueless. CC leads in every category head to head, with the exception of rebounds. Getting 5 layups a game and rebounding your missed layups, doesn’t give you a true double double record. Her game is rebounds, so she should get them every night. CC as a guard is in top 20 on rebounds, and number one guard for rebounds. And just to throw it in as an additional accomplishment, though not part of the court game, she is bringing more money, fans and viewership in. To me, it’s a lock for CC. Not sure what McNUTTS is thinking . She has also been against CC from the get go. Not even sure how she made it on TV.

On Clark's side, you have at least some of the who is who of some of the best who played in the NBA, Magic Johnson, Michael Jordon, LeBron James, Charles Barkley, Kevin Garnett Isaiah Thomas Shaquille O'Neal Allen Iverson and Stephen Curry talking up her game and showing respect for her. Having said that, and watching and listening to both. The award is a lot more important to NoAngel than it is to Clark. Just count the I and me words in the latter's comments. Well in the same interview with Diana talking about Caitlin and the learning curve Diana, Sue and Breanna went out of their way to say Paige was better than Caitlin. They also complained a lot about the call at the end of the UCONN/Iowa game in the Final 4. Yes, 3 UCONN players were allowed to throw shade at Iowa non stop after that game on ESPN. I don't think the comments about adjusting were out of line but it was more about the totality of the whole postgame. UCONN alums were allowed to denigrate Iowa with Scott Van Pelt cheering them on. It was really something.

    There is a difference between not liking a person and feeling jealous of a persons success. In my opinion it seemed more a case of jealousy then a case of the veteran's out and out not liking CC. Some jealousy and pettiness I would say YES. But I definitely don't think any of the Vet's genuinely disliked CC. I mean when some 22 yr old college rookie is getting ALL the attention, PLUS CC landed an endorsement contract with Nike Shoes for $28 million!! That's going to ruffle a few veterans feather's!!! They are probably thinking where the hell is MINE, I've been hooping in the WNBA for years!!!

    Caitlin Clark isn't even in competition for rookie of the year. She's only 17th in the league in True Shooting Percentage (among players with 400+ minutes), her primary strength. She has the highest turnover rate of all qualifying players. Her Win Shares are 0.2, 89th in the league. Angel Reece is at 2.0, 18th in the league, and is far and away the frontrunner for the award.
