I don't know why I watched this for so long but I did kind of satisfying
it triggers me that they arent wrapping the sandwich up with the paper they made it on! all the subways i goto wrap the white paper with the subway paper!

Is there a sauce that you guys go through a lot besides mayo? I know there are some newer sauces such as the garlic aioli. I'm just curious what sauces are the most popular besides mayo and I guess mustard lol. I'm that weirdo that never gets sauce on my sandwiches! 🤣

The one I work at, we use a lot of Ranch and Baja the most, MPV is a close runner up.

So they don’t cross contaminate, and so they don’t have to wash/rinse one or two knives after each sub.
