A nice long video of me opening at Subway before the breakfast rush! Very quite morning at subway, getting stuff out of the cooler, setting up the line, making cookies, making a few orders and prepping bread. This a multi part video, so look for future uploads!

y'all ask the closing shift at night to pan the cookie dough in the freezer overnight to make it easy for the opener in the morning ????
