well our store is pretty busy most of the time so that’s why we are extra prepared.

If anything the only annoying thing is racking the chips because our chip rack in our store subway is double sided

- I heard the meat is left out for a long time, so it's not safe. And the bread left over, you guys just reuse. Also, the people who permit the sandwiches are the people who take the cash that's a bit nasty.

Yeah idk morning crew just tells us to keep whatever bread is left and it’s good when doing count at the end of the night like counting Bread, Flatbreads, Wraps, and salad bowls

The line keeps the meats and veggies at temperatures safe and cold so they are always safe to eat

wash your hands and toss your gloves in the dump when you take trash young man. edit: you touch doorknobs or push doors open that are not sanitized and dumpster lids are filthy. you flushed a toilet, pushed down someone else's dirty hand towel in the bin and walked right out c'mon man I'm not saying you didn't wash your hands but put it on camera
