​@@ifyjossy98basically it's not what you're clamoring for but what the law says about forgery and electoral laws Forgery is in two ways either you forge a total different documents ( totally different from the original) or having some sections of the documents different from the original document which must be proven beyond reasonable doubt from other documents.

As a lawyer i regret to assert the fact that Nigerian constitution needs to be reviewed. If tinubu committed murder 50yrs ago and evidence suffices today, he won't be charged and impeached? Nigeria is in a mess judicially. When an issuing authority denies the certificate tendered by an individual for an official elective or appointive position, it equates to forgery. But, the courts and tribunals have never judged these cases rightly in our political circle. If NYSC disowned the discharge certificate of Dr Peter Mbah, governor of Enugu state, same way CSU did for Tinubu's university certificate, the only thing to do is to sack and prosecute them for forgery as provided by the law.

There is no smoke without fire. This certificate forgery case has made some people just look like fools especially in the APC, as they try to defend what they know isn’t true. Thanks Mr Kalu for speaking the truth, and showing us that we are not all mad.

Who else noticed the usual confidence by Dr. Abati to submit to the ruling of the supreme court and the unprecedented low tone and faint smile?

When you endorse a document by way of signature, it carries a lot of weight. When another person signs your signature and presents that document with forged signature to another body, that is criminal. That is impersonation. We call impersonation 419.
