I would like to share my favorite Korean recipes with you.
I've been running Korean cooking class and food tour company in Seoul, Korea for the last 10 years.
I wanted to share my secret recipes which are both easy to make and delicious.

Vegan Bulgogi
Ingredients
Firm Tofu 200g
Carrot 50g
Oyster mushroom 50g
Onion 1/2
Green Onion 1stalk
Sauce
Soy sauce 2Tbsp
Sugar 1tsp
Garlic(chopped) 1tsp
Leek(choped) 2tsp
Sesame oil 1/2Tbsp
Sesame seeds one pinch
Instructions
1. Mince the garlic and the leek. Combine sauce ingredients in the bowl.
2. Cut the vegetables. Slice onion, julienne carrot, shred oyster mushroom and chop green onion. Get rid of excess water from tofu and slice in 1cm
3. Coat sliced tofu with flour. Add 2 Tbsp of oil in the pan and sear tofu both sides. Put cooked tofu on the plate
4. Using same pan, add onion, carrot, mushroom and stir fry until they’re soft
5. Add half of the sauce to the pan and continue stir frying for 1minute
6. Put tofu to the pan along with the sauce(another half of the sauce). Stir fry tofu and vegetables in medium-high heat
7. Plate and serve

    Thank you so much for sharing this recipe. It’s grilling season in Western U.S. and although I do like grilled Bulgogi meats, often times, it’s the vegetables that are the STAR of the plate.

    While looking up recipes yesterday I stumbled on a video you were in a few years ago where you made Bulgogi. I decided to make it tonight and it was DELICIOUS! It was the first Korean dish I have cooked and your recipe was easy to follow and turned out great. What a happy coincidence that you are releasing new recipe videos. I can't wait to try more.     Which different vegetables can use in bulgogi ? I don't like mushroom

    You can actually omit mushrooms. If you want to include some other vegies, I would use more onions. Thanks for the comment and good luck with your bulgogi!

    I used 200g of tofu, and it's normally served for 2 people as a side dish.
