My husband was stationed in Korea over thirty years ago and he absolutely loves Korean food. I have searched for authentic Korean recipes to make for him without any luck until I foundJia's you tube video. I made this Bulgogi for him and he said that it was like he was still in Korea, it was exactly like he remembered it tasting. Thank You Jia for helping me to create this amazing dish for my husband. I will definitely continue to watch your videos and recreate the meals that you making. Your instructions are very easy to follow. Thank you !!

The recipe I made was from Aaron and Claire here on KZread. It made like 10 servings so now with your recipe for 1 to 2 servings, it will be nice to not have so much sauce leftover but I did freeze it and will make with chicken soon. Thank you for this video and I will be cooking more with you in the future. 💜
