Have you supervised the development of the Kindle version? Does it format ok? It's my preferred medium, so I'd love to hear your opinion on how it looks and reads there.

@@achitnis379 I don’t know! Mirin is probably one of the harder things to substitute. You could try just using rice vinegar but it’s not sweet like mirin. Honestly mirin is used in most Japanese/Korean meals I’ve cooked so it’s worth searching for it.

My Korean grocer has it, but only in small bottles. I can't find it in the big bottles Aaron uses.

I recently bought some gochujang and used it for the first time, simply with instant noodles, but it turned them into a whole new dish! I will be trying more, the chicken bulgoggi looks delicious so that might be next on the list. I love trying to make new things but always judge myself too harshly. It is good to hear your refreshing philosophy: “Don’t worry about it!” ❤

I made this an hour ago and it was FREAKING DELICIOUS!!!! I mixed red and yellow bell peppers into the salad and it was just amazing. Thank you for another great recipe💜💜💜

I made this last weekend and I'll be making it for friends this weekend. I actually substituted Gochujang for the dried chili's. It was amazing and a huge hit. Thank you! Also I added twice as much garlic and it made it even better.

tried this but I sub the corn syrup with sugar and mirin with shaoxing wine since I don't have both. still BOMB! so easy and yummy ☺️ definitely cooking this again! thank you for the recipe 🙇‍♀️

We grow cowhorn peppers in our garden which appear to be very similar to your oigochu but can have a bit more heat. Maybe I'll try making gochu muchim with them... if I can find the soy paste.
