I hate dieting. I hate counting calories and macros. I just wanted a simple way and a simple diet that I could use to lose body fat that I had gained through some chronic health complications. I was able to decrease my waist size and cut body fat in about 3 months using the healthy lifestyle I will be showing you today. So if you want to know how I lost fat and how I was able to do some slight body recomposition (and I will be continuing for sure!) then I hope you like this vid!
