MEXT allows you to apply to only one university. So you must carefully select one university where you have maximum chances of your selection. After that, get a single recommendation letter for that university only.

I am new and I loved the way you explained. I am going to follow you. But I dont have IELTS, please tell me about the university where university english proficiency letters is enough. Or is it compulsory to get acceptance letter from professor first?

Yes, an acceptance letter is a must. IELTS ki jagha kuch universities main university certificate chal jata hai.

Usually, the universities accept your admission based on your previous education. But since intermediate is not a professional qualification, so you can apply in any field of your interest. Please keep trying, I wish you all the success.

Marks km ho to selection nahi hogi. MEXT is very competitive scholarship, so must have a good profile.
