Does the documents require to be attested by IBCC??? OR just attestation from a 17 grade govt. Employee???

At the initial stage of documents submission, only attestation by a 17 scale officer is fine. However, they are going to demand the former attestation at a later stage after screening/recommendation.

W.a dear. If you can provide equivalence certificate by HEC, you may become eligible. However, we are not sure about it. You should please check the eligibility criteria in the guidelines available at Embassy website.

Please check if it's guided in the instructions of that section. If not, then it's not necessary, and you can go either way.
