Strong to the Core - Hip and Back Mobility (September 2023)

New mobility routine to add to our training arsenal!
Keeping the Press Ups and Groiners and adding a straddle rock, elevated hip flexor stretch and Psoas stretch!
This is a gentle routine you can do while watching TV or before you get ready for bed. Complete daily or as often as you can to increase your hip and back mobility for smoother, more comfortable running and living!
