I won't tell a lie, this was one of the toughest 7 minutes in my life..ended up lasting about 12 minutes....but will do it until I get it completed in the 7 minutes...... it was challenging, but good.

Hace tres meses que no realizo acondicionamiento físico por causa de accidente y al retomar poco a poco mis ejercicios me encuentro con este video y tómala al ver el video empecé a recordar que esto es pan comido y más cuando son aproximadamente 7 minutos y pues después de no hacer nada es por ahora un martirio, pero mi cuerpo y yo estamos seguros que regresaremos a esta condición física. Gracias por compartir este vídeo.
