This FUNCTIONAL STRENGTH Arms and Back workout is all about building strength in the upper body! Each circuit in today's workout contains a back-focused exercise as well as one exercise that targets the back plus an additional muscle group - chest, shoulders, triceps, and biceps.

It looks like this:
✔️ 3 circuits (2-3 exercises/circuit)
✔️ Perform each exercise for 30 seconds of work, followed by 10 seconds of rest.
✔️ Repeat each circuit x3 sets
✔️ FINISH with a 30-Second Core Burnout

Love your workouts! I've found it difficult to stick to a routine longer than a few days because it's always the same monotonous moves. But then I found your channel and love it! Love this workout and the series. I have enjoyed increasing my strength. I find that you go very fast in your videos so for this one I tried reducing the speed to .75 and I was able to keep up. Longer worker but better for me.

Oh my word! That was so good! I wasn’t expecting the my arms to be so fatigued but it was so good!! I agree with Rachel. I see more definition in my back and it encourages me to keep going! I love this program. I’m probably going to start it back over when I finish and try to go heavier/do more reps.

I am quite sore in my shoulders and chest after yesterday’s workout. This was a really great way to loosen up those muscles and work them at the same time. Those kneeling bicep curls were definitely killer. I enjoyed the change up from a standing position. Really enjoying this program.💜💪😅

Another great workout. Thank you for doing these 20min workouts. It’s so doable and has kept me motivated that I can actually get a workout in during my busy day. Any suggestions for wrist pain? Maybe they just weak? I was using 12 and 15 pounds.

It would depend on the move that's causing wrist pain but I'd generally work on mobility (stretching out your wrists) and grip strength!

^ yes i agree. The ads are killing me . I had 4 in this 20 min workout. And all of them were in the middle of sets. Im glad shes working on it and hope it gets fixed soon. I normally dont mind them at all because hey , it keeps them free, which i am si grateful for but i almost hit my tv with my weight by the fourth one haha

@@nourishmovelove it's not. I just finished the knee friendly workout about 10 mins ago and there were I think 4 again , maybe 3 , in the middle of the sets.
I always wondered about the pronunciation of quadruped 😂 I remember thinking maybe she knows something I don’t. Never mattered that much to me cuz it doesn’t change the quality of the workouts ☺️ great work as always
