Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

I miss your old type thumbnails and videos. I understand you're doing more pilates but please also do thigh, abs, calves, hip workouts as well like you used to. 10 - 15 minutes preferably. Hope you read my comment 😊
I'll keep updating you guys for 10 days❤️like to remind me Day 1 : it was hard but loved the burnn💋 Day 2: guyss it was soooo gooddd but it burned. It was harder today... 😂❤ Day 3: I loveeedddd it sooo much..💗 Surprisingly my waist and core is looking a little more tighter 😄❤️... (note : I am combining this with her 5 min smaller waist workout.. But I'm not on a diet or anything.) The bonus KILLED me though 😭
