Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

    Started at 34cm Goal:20cm Its day one and my stomach is 32 cm!     Love your workouts Lilly, I do them daily. A quick suggestion is that it would be awesome if you can include breaks in between the exercises during which we can get ready for the next exercise (You can explain the position during the break itself :) ).

    yes this does work! I've complete for one week. you can deffo see those Abbs showing through, and get skinnier! NO diet needed, all I did was just this work out once a day. and I kind of stopped snacking in between meals, the only snack I had was an apple or any type of fruit. hope this helped.
