Disclaimer: Please remember that we cannot spot reduce fat, meaning we can’t choose the areas on our body where we lose fat. However to get fat loss results I recommend the following:
1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)
3. Resistance training and specific muscle targeted workouts. To strengthen and develop specific muscles.

Started at 34cm Goal:20cm Its day one and my stomach is 32 cm! Working my way up to 20 cm with you lily,Kepping yall posted everyday Day 2:Yall i did the wrong workout 😭 But im on 31cm today woohoo🎉 Day 3:The burn was really there but still at 31cm Day 4:The start was a breeze but in the end so fatigued but still at 31cm.Also combined it with another of home fitness challenge workout and now

Love your workouts Lilly, I do them daily. A quick suggestion is that it would be awesome if you can include breaks in between the exercises during which we can get ready for the next exercise (You can explain the position during the break itself :) ).

yes this does work! I've complete for one week. you can deffo see those Abbs showing through, and get skinnier! NO diet needed, all I did was just this work out once a day. and I kind of stopped snacking in between meals, the only snack I had was an apple or any type of fruit. hope this helped. I will answer any questions 😊
