I've been doing your ab workouts every day and they are amazing! I have gotten so much stronger. Thank you so much :). Also, I don't think I would have been able to finish these 5 min if I hadn't been training with your other videos lol

If your lower back was hurting it’s because you weren’t engaging your core enough once you fully engage your core you don’t feel your back at all

YALL I CANT RECOMENDED THIS ENOUGH!! I’ve been doing 30 minute workout everyday for months and they never worked. Recently I didn’t have enough time so I switched to this and in ONE WEEK I SAW A DEFINED AB LINE for reference I’m 13

im 13 and honestly pretty fit. its just that i want more challenge and definition, I want to turn my flat stomach into something more. School starts back up in about 7 days since im on winter break. I think i'll do this everyday until then and continue. Thank you for this!!!

Day 1: felt the burn, stopped twice in between for about 20 seconds each. My shoulder blades weren't off the ground the whole time.

Day 2: stopped after 35-40 seconds in the first exercise. Could do the others without stopping.
Usually I can do ab challenges pretty well but I was surprised when I needed to take breaks from this, definitely adding this to my routine, thank you!!
