20 minute abs and 30 minute abs are my favorite and more convenient! You go girl!
I have followed many abs workout but this the best i found it didn't exhaust my whole body but really Focuses on my core which is the thing i like of it, definately going to be in my workout playlist ♥️

I've tried so many routines and this is by far my favorite. I can actually feel the effort.

Two weeks after doing these consistently I could see my abs coming through. It's been a month of doing these consistently and my abs are visible to everyone and I can feel them too... I love it🥰🥲🥲🥰🥰

It's been three days now Ive started with this routine, believe me I've looked and looked for a good routine, tried many, but this one I really like and I'm happy now, it's not too difficult so it doesn't discourage u as well and the results I can already notice, my strength has improved since the first day too, I'm glad this routine exists yayyyy!!!
