I've thought about it. It's a lot of work and is probably something I'll do alongside coaching when I'm off the tools completely. Interesting that you're not the only one that's said that tbf

I have recently had a lot of success implementing T&Cs into my client base. What I have learned from this experience is that it is not about them trusting you, but about you trusting them. One woman didnt accept my T&C’s when i mentioined about the back gate and that she would be charged the full price. Her answer was “cant you just go over it with a ladder“ I wanted to say "Sure! while I'm at if you pass me the baton I'll finish the pentathlon 😃

Thanks for the information Chris. I can see how this only becomes more important the bigger your company gets. Out of interest. You said your staff top up when they finish work. Would you be able to do a vlog on the way they do this? I currently fill up at home but I just leave the RO system running for a few hours after work. Clearly that wouldn't be suitable if someone was working for me using a second van. Keep up the good work. I hope you're proud of what you have achieved and what you will continue to achieve. Remember that the more money you earn is just evidence that you have helped more people. 👍

I've an ibc rodi running and dropping pure water into the holding tank. Simply use the lift pump to transfer to the van....takes 5 mins. The pure water is continued to be produced overnight for the next days etc

Good T&C are a great way for everyone to know where they stand and what is expected of them. Do you text or email prospective customers - the text must be very long. Maybe a link to a t&c webpage would be sufficient? Have a great weekend.

I've seen some guys have a terms and conditions sheet on their page. I usually send ours in the form of a text or email. Doesn't really matter how it's done so long, as you say, everyone knows where they stand.

T&C's are great but unless the customer has singed anything then you really hadn't got a leg to stand on apert from cancelling their service (thats probably what they would want anyway).

Possibly, but an acceptance of terms sets the tone. You have an idea if the person is going to be trouble if they quibble; in tht event you save yourself the headache and just call it a day.
