Ingredients for 6 jars:
For the fruit:
300 g fresh strawberries
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp cinnamon (optional)
2 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp Amaretto(optional)
For the cheesecake filling:
250 g ricotta cheese
300 g cream cheese
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
3 to 5 tbsp sugar
For the biscuits:
350 g digestive biscuits or biscoff

It is yes, more precisely it is ground vanilla pods. 🍓
For translation, I think UK calls it trifle, and US calls it parfait. :) And those aren't mason jars, they're bonne maman jars ;) We bonne maman fans know!
