Triple Berry Cheesecake Trifle | Episode 117

Triple Berry Cheesecake Trifle | Summer Berry Trifle Recipe
I’m back at it again with the triple berry action! But this time, it’s in the form of a Triple Berry Cheesecake Trifle. WHOO! Just typing the name has me drooling! A decadent whipped cream and cream cheese filling layered over top of fresh summer berries that have been marinated in raspberry jam which is also layered over crisp lady finger cookies. If you weren’t already drooling at the title, you are now! It may look hard to make but it is so simple. I promise if you make this for your next get together, you will never hear the end of it! People love the presentation of it, but even more so the amazing taste. I know you will too!
Thank you so much for watching and supporting my channel!
xoxo, Court.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
| Ingredients |
1 Cup Raspberry Jam
1 Quart Strawberries, Stem removed and cut into chunks
1 Pint Raspberries
1 Pint Blackberries
1 ½ Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
16 Ounces Cream Cheese, Room Temperature
2 Cups Powdered Sugar
1 Teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract
2-3 7-Ounce Packages Lady Fingers (Savoiardi Biscuits)
Trifle Dish or Bowl (I used a 9-inch trifle dish)
| Instructions |
Warm raspberry jam until warm and liquid like. In a large bowl, combine all chopped and washed berries together with raspberry jam. Set aside.
In the bowl of a standing mixer, beat cold heavy cream until still peaks form. Transfer to another bowl, set in the refrigerator while you proceed with the next steps.
In the bowl of a standing mixer, beat softened cream cheese until light and creamy. Add sugar and vanilla and continue to beat until smooth and creamy. Using a large spatula, gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
Cover the bottom of a trifle dish with lady fingers. You can break them into pieces for a better fit if needed. Try to make the layer as even as possible.
Top with 1/3 of the berry jam mixture with its juices. Spread evenly to cover the lady fingers.
Then top with 1/3 of the cream cheese mixture and spread evenly.
Continue to alternate ending with the cream cheese on top. For the last layer leave an inch border around the edge to show the pretty fruit beneath.
Garnish with berries and mint.
Refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight before serving.
Enjoy!!

I've recently started making Trifles and what I do to make them seem a little less "mushy" is add some nuts on a layer or two. For example, when layering with bananas and pineapples, I add crushed peanuts. With your recipe which I am about to make, I'm going to toast some slivered almonds and put those atop a layer or two. Also, I hardly drink at all, but I sure do like some booze on my food, so instead of using jam, I'm going to mix some Raspberry liqueur into the jam, then soak the berries. I'll let you know how it turns out. PS: I'm sad to hear you are having health problems and will say a prayer tonight for you. Kind regards, Cynthia

Plz put some kind of alcohol in your trifles Americans. It’s traditionally sherry but rum also works. Of course you can omit if you want to but they are traditionally boozy 😆 Btw, this looks delicious 😋

You are WAY too kind! Thank you so much! I think it just comes down to YT being so saturated. Plus I don't upload much more than once a week and that doesn't help either lol
