I recommend using ginger nut biscuits for the base of the lemon one, the ginger really adds to it.

If you actually eat that whole portion by yourself and stay this skinny, I'm very jealous! Having said that, I made it today with cherry pie filling because that's what I had on hand... So pretty & so delicious! I took the recipe & multiplied by 1.5 to get 6 li'll glasses and ended up with 12 glasses and a medium jar! So much! My neighbours are very happy though :-) Thank you Gemma for the wonderful and EASY recipes :-)

Yes, it is a regular ingredient for me, but is hardly ever necessary, just lovely :)

If you don't have vanilla extract on hand, you can use vanilla sugar/powder instead.

@Wajeha Jabeen sugar with vanilla flavour. You can buy it at supermarkets. The best one is from Dr.Oetker (if you can find it in us).

Hey Gemma I've been big fan for really really long and I've even been a suggestion for one of your videos I'd like to ask if you could come up with a dessert that is good for people with high blood pressure because my mum loves desserts but she hates the fact that there's so much sugar in them. So I was wondering if you could come up with a dessert that would suit her and is simple to make because I might not have much time left with her but I'd like to make her something to show her my gratitude for being...my mum :)

Junkie Junkie, Gemma Stafford has admitted in a number of her uploads, that she does not eat most of what she prepares & she shares with those in her community, plus with her family & friends. She has also admitted, that she only tastes her preparations & eats a tiny portion, not all of everything @ once. If she did, i doubt she'd be alive to even do any of her uploads!

Najma Mascuud Hi 👋. I have Haggis in my freezer from a British shop that used to be here and is now shut down, but I can't get anyone to ear it with me so I don't want to cook it.
