A vision should be a realistic picture of a future state for the company. The vision should be a strategic choice based on a good understanding of reality. Visions of being "the best in the world" are difficult to apply. Different customer segments have different needs and emphasize different characteristics, so perhaps you should specify the best within what and best for whom.
