Thank you very much for your openness and honesty! I haven't had any baby yet, so all the things surrounding pregnancy and birth are kind of mysterious and scary a lot. It definitely helped hearing a true story, because all I know is from movies and I believe (and hope) it's not very realistic.

This was a sweet video. 🥰 It was amazing to listen to your story today, because it happens to be the 30th birthday of my first daughter - and it really made me remember everything about my first birth all those many years ago! It was a real moment for me to go over my own memories. I was a midwife too, so between my own experience and the many women I have seen having their babies it all came back to me. I wish I could reach through the screen and give you a hug because you are a warrior! 💪👑 I could really feel your despair when you were so exhausted and in pain for so long - but you did it! 🙌 You should be proud. So sweet to hear your story! I had my baby boy the day you miscarried in Alaska. Hope you are having an amazing summer. I also had a really long labor but ended up with a c section. Blessings to you and your little lady.

Under första trimestern handlade det mest om oro för missfall (vi hade också ett missfall i bagaget) och sedan mer om de kroppsliga symptomen, bristen på energi och stress över att orka/hinna göra saker. Fick panikattacker för första gången i mitt liv. Det gick över mot slutet av graviditeten och har inte återvänt 🤞

Congratulations on the birth of your beautiful daughter Hilda! Her weight was about 5 pounds and in the US (maybe just the more Southern part) we say she is a “sugar sack baby” bc sugar comes in 5 lbs bags. Enjoy your sweet girl! My sugar sack baby turns 20 next week!
