Hi Ginger. I started watching your You Tube tutorials a few years ago and as a result started painting myself. I love all your paintings… your style and vibrant colours are stunning. I caught this on the replay. Ginger I love your stories. As you tell your story I watch intently on what your brush is doing and your color mixing. Jon, the story part about Karen passing, I am so sorry. Life can be so cruel some times. I just want to thank you both for all the hard work you have to put in to all of your painting videos.

Another lovely painting. Watched on replay and enjoyed your story about getting together with Jon. I truly think you are soulmates. I just celebrated my 51st anniversary and know how blessed one is when they find that special person to share your life with. Hope you paint more seascapes as I enjoy the water themes so much. And, this is a special month as I now have been a continuous subscriber of your channel for 10 years. Love to you both.

I remember watching you paint and speaking about Jon being your tech person in another state. I think I have been following you for about 10 years not sure how long I've been a member. You are a wonderful teacher and yes that's a talent you have!

Thank you Ginger & Jon, this is an amazing piece I hope you do bring it to our Monday night class. Ref to what gets spoken into our lives by parents, I know this is why I started after my mom passed away. God bless her where He has her, but she couldn't say a kind thing to me if her life depended on it. I loved her no matter what, but it was very tough growing up in that. Thank you for teaching us, you have brought my life joy. I do love the love you and Jon have. God bless you both!❤HAH 🖌

Thank you so much. I am sorry about your Mom, but sadly there seems to be a lot of people with this experience. .My therapist gave me the greatest gift as a teenager when he siad you could love someone and not like them.

Ginger and Jon, this is one of the most beautiful paintings of what California may have looked like 50 years ago. I’m a fourth generation Native Daughter and, wow, does this remind me our once beautiful State. You are such an amazing Team: you & Jon ! You bring the gorgeous artistry and Jon is an amazing producer and IT Specialist. Powerful Team who has created the Gold Standard of an Art Academy. Ginger, tears were rolling down my cheeks when you discussed how you met Jon, decided to maintain the Academy under one roof in Houston. Jon is an outstanding person who is kind, smart and understands the human heart. What a wonderful person. My tears are real because you folks may not fully understand how important you both are, today. It’s almost as if you’ve created the perfect Art Family. We care for both of you; and yes during the first month of Covid you two helped us (or at least me) to, “hang on” as I was so anxious about Covid. In fact, I won your second give-away painting and am so proud to say that you painted the beauty !!! So happy that you are together now and you both bring so much joy because after all the time that has passed, we are able to go back and enjoy our first love of painting. No doubt in my mind that I would have adored Karen, too, Jon. She sounds like a lovely 🥰, intelligent and giving Lady.

Ginger, I just realize you live in Houston. My son lives in Alvin and my nephew lives in sea brook, and My son works in Houston when he is needed there. What a small world . We are from Boerne.years ago when it was safe San Antonio was my stopping ground , my ex worked there also. I love art and you are a good teacher and boy do you have some stories lolll I live in tnn now I was in Alvin last May 23 and Houston, small world. I’m a beginner I’m 74 but still love art and mosaic also , thank you and your daughter making us feel we can do art and have fun. You and your daughter have very nice husbands and can work together that is a plus . Bless you

Hi Ginger & Jon 🥰 what a memorable story today. I always say there’s a higher power over us that’s puts us into circumstances for the best. We just need to recognize it. I’m very sorry about Jon’s Karen, I didn’t realize it was so sudden. And yes, I know where you’re coming from Ginger, I grew up in a small 5 room house with my sister, very little money compared to the kids I went to school with. Anyhow, I don’t understand people who take advantage of other people, they seem to be blind to what they are doing and will never change. I say as long as I’m comfortable in my home, have plenty of food and people around me, I’m happy. Unsure if I’ll be able to travel to Europe, I get vertigo at anytime now and it’s not fun spending 12 hrs or more in bed waiting for it to go away. For my travels, NYC is a few hours away from me and I so enjoy the art museums there, the next one I’ll be going to is the Museum of Modern Art, I’ve been wanting to see Starry Night for awhile now since it’s displayed there. Your coastal painting is beautiful as always, and looking forward to your new academy releases! Love the bird in the window 😍HAH😘

Ginger, I was divorce And thought I would be single forever but God brought my wonderful husband and I together, that’s another storie, I was so happy I was 59 when we married but when we were married 12 yrs he went to be with the lord. So it doesn’t matter what age . What little time I had with him was the best

Yeah, I hear Picasso wasn’t a nice person! My Mom from Texas treated everyone in the service industry horrid. I was sooo embarrassed to be with her !
