On our trip home we were able to squeeze in a stop at Savanna & I am so glad we did- It is the most wonderful place to explore. I was sad we only had the one day...but we will be back!!

We are a (sort of) normal couple living a rather unusual lifestyle in a Tiny House on Wheels (192 square feet) trying to fit more adventure, travel and exploration into our lives! It really is! so different from any other place we have visited
Savannah is beautiful. Was fortunate enough to stop there for a couple of nights en route from NJ to Orlando back when we did a road trip to Universal with family pre-COVID. Talk about bringing back good memories!

Hi There! thanks for following along 😊 have you been able to get some good trips in this summer?
Just checked out your Assateague movie from a few years ago, not looking forward to Thursday. They have a new Restaurant/ store in the park. The old Pony Express has been replaced by the 5 Tides . After Labor Day they have shorter hours, but we are going with all we need. We have a 10 man tent with a screened front porch and hopefully we will be able to set up our table and stove in there. Years ago when we were there the agent in the gate sold us a Lifetime Senior Pass for National Parks for $7. I dug it out of the glove compartment in our Forever 2015 Subaru Forrester. Hope it still works. I will give the BUGGS your regards, it looks like the weather will be the same as when you were there. Will let you know how we made out. Skin So Soft is the best for No-see- im's

great shot of Red at 0:52 ! and visting vinyards is a lot of fun. we do that and love tasting different wines........especially ice wines. did you take a trip on the paddlewheel? we do that on the ohio river.......they serve lunch/dinner during the time out - - great fun.

That redford 😍 if we had a bit more time we would have done the paddlewheel- It looked so neat! we just squeezed the one day in & we are a bit limited in activities when we have Red- maybe next time we are passing through Georgia 😊

It is a Jeep Cherokee- not ideal, but It has worked well over the past 4 years of travel. We plan to upgrade in the future as truck prices hopefully improve hope🤞
