I'm feeling bad because I have 4 best friends. We are like sisters. We still have sleepovers every week even though we are in our mid 20s. I have an amazing family. But I still feel like I'm missing something. I was afraid to leave my loved ones to go to fashion school. And now im paying for it. I thought that passion would go away but it didn't. I still pick the apron that goes with my outfit where ever I work. I'm tired. I'm in a school where I have to wake up at 5 in the morning, and no matter how early I sleep I'm never fully awake. And when I get to school they work us to the bone and give us unhealthy amounts of assignments and books. It hurt like hell for me to read a 10 page book about how whine was made. I never chose this. I never wanted this. I wanted to cook and bake. Nothing more. And those *experiences* gave me a perspective. I needed some time for myself but neither school nor home gave me that. It was always study study study. What about actual learning? So I stopped for a hot minute and kept quiet to myself.

Motiversity All he meant is that people should rethink what they think success is. Some people will watch motivational speeches about getting rich and powerful and will think “that’s what I want because that’s what being successful takes” but will forget that there are more important things in life that don’t come with that type of success. Life is all about balance. The sacrifices one makes for the “power” type of success must not overwhelm the other things that make our lives meaningful, but that doesn’t mean “don’t work hard for what you want because it’s not as important as something else”, so it’s about balancing both types of success -achievements and spiritual happiness.

And most importantly, we learn to realize that nothing is perfect from the start, you have to take that imperfection and make it perfect. Its good to think about it, but the problem is often that those unhappy kings have problems with changing and becoming someone they are happy to be and have a happy life. A lot of those kings do know that there are things that they can do that make them happier, but they often are not able to change. Sorry, they are able to, but its hard for them and they often dont want to begin or know where to begin. Its still an important realisation to make. So yes its good to ponder about that sentence👍

After watching this I'm in tears. I've always pushed everyone away to work. But you've changed my mindset. I should enjoy life. Ambition and success shouldn't consume us to the point we lose our happiness and stop enjoying our lives.

Thank you Prince Ea! As a motivational speaker myself, I couldn't agree with you more. In fact, I struggle with that title because I generally don't believe motivational speakers, yet it's the most accurate description for what I do. Love your videos and keep up the great work!

Life. We go so fast we want to go to tomorrow, but we need to live the moments we are living now. I may be young I may not have many people to watch my video’s so I can try to speak up, but I can try and try again. You made me realize that people around me that I thought weren’t teaching me anything, they taught me more than I even thought they taught anyone. I now know that life needs to go slow. That doesn’t mean walk in slow motion or take 5 hours on a simple chore. Live life the way you want not the way everyone else’s perspective on it. Thank you and I hope you liked it!

I learnt this the hard way. We grew up with nothing when I was kid. My daddy he was the bread winner. My parents grew up in a time when finishing school wasn't important for females. So when he died he left only so much finances that we were good as broke. So I started doing research finding motivational talks, in primary I worked hard, in high school I worked. I got the good grades which made everybody think I had the world's greatest life at home. Then I got to Varsity in 2016, all that working hard, not having a balanced life, just trying to get my degree, so I can get my mama a house, a car, and just start companies of my own, I just want to give back to the community. I had so much depression, I failed my first year at University, I lost my sponsor. In 2017 I was repeating my first year in BSC (Biological Sciences) at the University of The Witwatersrand, and then by June 2017 I got the good grades I got accepted by Allan Gray, in 2018 I was doing my 2nd year, I was attending church every Sunday, and on Thursday if I could. But I became more depressed because I hadn't learnt my lesson I was breakinh down inside emotionally I was in so much pain, I already wanted to be successful, I wanted to have my life together. But this time I failed 2nd year I stopped going to church, but I never stopped praying to God, because I knew there had to be something wrong with my church. In 2019 I was repeating my second year, no sponsor no one to pay my fee's, so I had to get a part-time job, I got one in The Glen Mall, I was a Hostess earning R30.00 per hour I was there every weekend, one of the managers was horrible to me I was crying every weekend I had to work, but the money helped with travelling expanses. But somewhere in 2019 I met my now boyfriend, he said I should focus on my studies and every month he'd pay for whatever amount I got at Texamo Spur, so I quit and he was there for me. It's 2020 I got and average of 52% for my 2019 academic end year, and Allan Gray requires 65%. But I wrote them a motivational letter on the 17th of February this year I'm praying they answer me. It took me 5 years to get to my graduation year, I'm not stupid, I just can't quit that easily. So I pray Allan Gray answers me. But I also had to get a part time job because my boyfriend assists me with my funding as for the R 126 811.02 I have to fix myself, I mean it's my dream. I don't know where life will lead me. But I'm going to be a Scientist, whether Forensic Scientist, Neuroscientist, or Biochemist. I'm going to win Nobel Prizes I'll make my mark here on this planet. I didn't know where people go to share their problems so they can lighter. But thanks for listening. And God bless you.
