For me, it was planning and being willing to deal with unexpected problems. I’ve been this way for a while now, and others are saying how it makes me look confident. I try to plan for unexpected problems to come up and have the appropriate amount of time to work through them.

Yes I missed Prince E.A videos for while but am back here 😊

I have a post it note on my bathroom mirror which says “Every day and in every way, I’m getting better and better”. I also have a post it note on my desk which says “If there is no enemy within, the enemy outside can’t hurt us”. Those notes have made a huge difference in my mindest and I will be adding one or two more from this video. Thank you, truly!

Confidence hacks mentioned: 1. "Things don't happen to you, they happen for you." You'll learn from mistakes and become a better version of yourself. 2. Image the most confident person. Install your view of them inside of yourself. Behave the way they would walk, talk, laugh and so on. 3. Don't worry what others might think of you. Everybody is too caught up worrying and thinking about themselves anyway. 4. Look/dress confident. The effort will pay off, the way you look directly effects your confidence. 5. You want to do something? Count down to five and do it. Leave no time to overthink. 6. The voice in your mind is not you. Observe the voice, but stay as the witness. Let bad thoughts slide. You'll conquer the mind = you'll conquer life. 7. Mind effects the body, but body effects mind too. Trick your body into thinking confident through power-posing sessions in front of a mirror. 8. Prevent Imposter syndrome by making a list of all your accomplishments. Put it where you will see it often. 9. Visualize the best version of yourself whenever you can. The mind can't tell the difference between reality and vivid imagination, you'll adapt. 10. Food effects your mood. Eat healthy (gbombs). Dark leafy greens, beans, onions, mushrooms, berries and seeds. Drink enough water. 11. Read. knowledge = power/confidence 12. Everyday, do one out of the box/stupid thing, regardless of what others think. In the long run, this will give you more freedom and confidence in life. Thank you for everything Prince Ea!

Hey Prince Ea! Firstly, I want to apologise for any grammatical error, since my motherlanguage isn't english. I know you probably won't read this, but since I've discovered your channel in 2020, you have been my only motivation. I listen to your speeches every single day, and they are so empowering, just so true... Keep it going, you belong to the best, kindest people on earth, even in the future, in heaven, since life is short. I hope if the time comes, and god sees you at the gates, he will say: "There is nothing to think about, go ahead."; I know, I'm only 14, but your speeches are the fuel for my life. Loved the last tip! I sometimes I start dancing on my own on the street as I listen to one of my favourite songs in my headphones. Playing it out loud would be the next step I guess, although I don't wanna bother or annoy anybody...

Literally every time I feel down about something, you make a video that I really need the most and I feel much more worthy. I think all people should see this. Thank you for being bright light in this dark and confusing world🙏

Something that’s helped me deal with confidence in the last few months was, every now and then (not too much, maybe 2 or 3 times a week) is perform an action that is in your “muscle memory”. This is especially helpful when you’re dealing with culture shock. It could be anything- play a song you learned as a kid and still know, watch a show or movie you liked and remembered, recite poetry you may have memorized, it can be anything. Because a lack of confidence can stray us away from reality sometimes, and this is something familiar to find your footing again. For example I loved watching David Attenborough documentaries as a kid, and recently to help with confidence and anxiety I re-watched all of Blue Planet and Planet Earth, and hearing a voice that hasn’t changed in a world where everything changes was a blessing.

the one key to confidence is, like the 5 second rule, it is basicly when the will to do something comes, just do it and don't fear if you gonna get judged by others, we live in a society that degrades confident people, don't compare yourself to others, it is all an illusion. And we gotta thank Prince Ea for this amazing educational video, much love

I went to the swimming pool a few days ago. Some kids sounded like they were laughing at me. I even caught them looking at me funny and pointing at me. I was real ashamed. But then I realized that they were just reflecting their own insecurities. Thankfully, they left after a while, but it's still not okay to bully someone or laugh at them just because you wish you were that confident. (Though I was not very confident that day)

Keep up the good work young brother. Back in the day in Schools & in the Community We were taught to: always have a positive mental attitude, to take what you have & make the best out of it. I try to stay confident by asking myself a year from now, will anyone remember a small mistake I made, if the answer is no, then I don't stress about it. On the topic of spilling drinks on outfits, that happened to one of my dresses at an open mic night. A friend of mine was drinking beer and their drink fell off the table and splashed around. My dress is a cheap $20, so I didn't fret about it. It can always be washed and dried. Sometimes my dad's girlfriend says stuff like, what will people think about her. I feel she is a young soul because she is in her fifties and still cares too much about what the world thinks. My friends going back in middle school had this attitude of not caring what others think. I find that if we worried about what others thought all the time, we'd never do anything at all.

My self esteem was at an all time low. The world just kept pushing me down and down until I couldn't take it any longer. I walked around in life fearing death every turn I took after surviving the Boston Marathon Bombing. The second bomb was only a few feet away from me and I ended up living with PTSD, GAD and just led my life with fear and panic attacks. I lost my mind, only to have enough and study my pain, get certified in therapy, move from Miami to a cabin in Sweden and heal my mental. I now post on KZread about self improvement and hope to help at least one person make it just another day because I know I needed it so much in my life 🙏🏽

All minds come from the 6 inches between your head, its blows my mind. Its easy to understand but easy to forget. When you open your eyes every morning, if you can tricks your brain, your mind to believe yourself, imagine how far you can go. Schools today should teach these kind of stuff instead of sin cos tan, its much much important than those things in our life.
