That looks awesome

He pulls off a damn good walk cycle. The walking tank mode moves great and reminds me of the tank robot animation in the first Robocop movie. Nice recoil.

ikr? i don't see why people complain about Brawl so much , i mean he is certainly one of the best brawl figures we've ever gotten , g1 brawl was like most g1 toys , energon Brawl mold was a mess ,movieverse brawl the leader is okay , doesn;t seem to poseable , and the deluxe is meh and FOC Brawl was 50% tank hanging on his back those peeps sure like to search for issues instead of actually enjoying the figure itself and the fact that it's a great representation of brawl (congrats on 5K btw =P )

oh also , speaking of mods , do you have a certain technique to applying reprolabels? since a friend of mine told me that he will get me a set of reprolabels for my TR Chromedome(i actually had some dubbed headmasters episodes that i used to watch as a kid so i have great attachement to his character) and i don't want to accidentally mess them up :P

At least he can reach beyond his chest this time

I like the nosecone repaint more tbh.

What I really like Brawls tank mode is that it's actually a based on a Leopard 2A7, in G1 he actually transforms into a Leopard 1A3 without that weird tacked on Cannons on the engine compartment

Sorry, but i have to disagree with you on the fact that he is the best out of the deluxes.Honestly Rook, swindle/hound are the best maybe even Groove/afterburner. Brawl isn't great, he isn't bad; he is just OK or passable. Also yes the waist really hurts the figure IMO.

Thomas La Motta ehh, that's fair. tbh I've had way more fun with this guy (as evidenced by all the walking and fun little animations I made, I only really go the extra mile if I actually really enjoy the figure) than I have with pretty much all the other CW deluxes

As far as I know there seemed to be a running change partway through production to tighten up the waist clip in, which is why nobody complained about it for UW bruticus cos takara used the tightened up version

The turret doesn’t even integrate into the transformation at all. I can’t fathom why a swivel couldn’t have been put at its base.

One question, what do you use for the sounds of him walking? That robotic walking sound what is it and where do you get it? Alos where do you get all the other sound effects such as the tank sound?

Anyone ever turned this guy into G1 Bludgeon's inner robot?

The color is about the most off-putting thing for me on this one. I mean I do understand where the choice comes from, but at the same time I think it was ill conceived of Hasbro to go with a tone more connected to the TV incarnation than the original toy being as Takara would very likely fill that niche with their own release. Otherwise I always thought brawl was okay for what he does, even if he's not in a genre I care much for.

It is a shame, and it looks like it could, too. Just add a mushroom peg where the turret connects (or something like that), and you're good.

The Takara version is what I ReALLY like...Nice video. plus the perfect effect mods makes this set even SUPER. But I will agree over the Blastoff colors..geez, soo much orange.

Dude, I'm an OG Starcraft player from back in the beginning of the 2000s. Woulda been sooner but had no idea it existed til I saqw the battle chest in a walmat. XD

I also really liked this figure, and while I admit it looks bad from the side, you're right about how you have to look for it. And as for articulation, can't you kinda use the hinge that people complain about as an ab crunch?

practice mainly haha, but it definitely helps to have at least onion skinning, but even better if you can cycle through frames if you can do so without moving your camera also act out your motion and pay attention to how your limbs move. helps a ton in working out the motion

With the g2 version it is very noticeable with the chest

trying to find someone to talk about the fact brawl looks like a centurion british tank.

the only thing I dislike of him is the short elbows. it makes him look like he has no lower arms and only hands. I think that is just me though.

theguyintheworks KZread edition it's actually something I forgot to go into further detail on. i love the forearms and elbows. a large number of people complain about the proportions are weird, but theyreally aren't whem you think about it. not from the top of the shoulders, but from the actual shoulder joint itself down to the elbow is the same distance as from the elbow to the hand. this also makes the end of the hand stop just below the crotch which is actually very proportionate to the humanoid figure (I took art class on how to draw people and getting thier proportions right = P)

MichaelDigimon2 not particularly, strafe is a retarded arm, nosecone's drill is too tiny for my liking, scrounge and what's his face are filler, afterburner and light speed are ok and scatter shot's alt mode is just odd, but it's my favourite torso so points to that in combined robot mode I guess?

well I thought I was having something wrong with my liokaiser brawl molds . Cant remember the names off the top of my head, however the flat waist peice always gave me issues until I realized that where it seems to stop , it actually pusshes in and clicks and becomes more stable for robot mode. Look at it real close. I made like an acordian then pushed it and once it seems like its pushed in just wiggle it and push more and it will become stable. I just wanted to tell you that while I had a problem before with the waist, I actually dont anymore once I saw it could connect better

I finally got my fire flight skydive wildrider and dragstrip... I payed twenty each to brandon from the chosen prime. Im so lucky and fortunate to have come across such a nice guy that has a good buisness. Didnt you say you were looking for something too? Donovan Whedbee that's awesome! and I was looking for offroad but I got him = P as for MP Ultra Magnus. it was the one I kept over the leader, but honestly I found they were just as good as each other. so I guess I would say it depends on what you're focusing on. if you're still collecting deluxes and generations and what not (which as far as season 3 people they actually have a complete cast madr for) totally by all means do the leadrr class. if MP collecting is what you do, MP22 fits in way better (obviously)
