STOP EATING THESE FOODS TO HELP REGROW HAIR

Inflammation. This could be a MAJOR problem that's preventing your hair from growing back. TRUST ME!! I want to give you guys tips on foods that I avoid to grow my hair back from alopecia areata. Remember, I am not a doctor. All this information is solely based on my experience and my knowledge.
#alopecia #alopeciaareata #howtofixalopecia
In order for me to grow my hair back and to naturally cure my alopecia areata, I had to do three things. Reduce stress, change my diet, and find my hair regimen. This change did NOT happen overnight. In the video, I really want to speak about the diet.
I understand that alopecia areata is an autoimmune disease, which means it occurs from within and effects our immune system. Eating some foods consistently can cause chronic inflammation in my body. This will effect our immune systems, which effect alopecia areata.
So, here is a list of foods that cause inflammation:
Sugar - foods high in sugar like candy, sodas, cookies, cakes, etc
refined carbs , such as white bread, white rice, flour tortillas, pastas, etc
fast food - fried food, processed meat, high in salt, etc
dairy - milk, cheese, ice cream, etc
I also provide you with great substations that help reduce inflammation. So, make sure you watch until the end. Thank you!

THANK YOU FOR SHARING. Diet and exercise is potentially the most overlooked and underrated cause to our health decline. I noted the following for my personal notes. Others may find this as a helpful tool or reminder as well. Food Habits That May Influenced Hair Growth and Contributor to Alopecia: 1️⃣ Avoid sugars or highly processed sweets. Healthier options are whole fruits, like apples, oranges, bananas, etc. 2️⃣ Replace refined carbs like pastas and rice with "fruits, vegetables, beans, lentils, quinoa and whole grains like brown rice, barley, farro and steel-cut oats." 3️⃣ Stop consuming fast foods, especially restaurant chains (McDonald's, Wendy's, Burger King, etc ), due to highly processed foods. 4️⃣ Change from Vegetable Oil to Extra Virgin Olive Oil. 5️⃣ Replace Iodine Table Salt with Sea Salt. Eliminate ALL dairy products and opted for Almond Milk. 🚨NOTE: The above are just a few suggestions. As with all health criterias, please perform your due diligence and consult a health professional prior to implementation.

Thank you girl, I’ve been having so much stomach issues my whole life and didn’t have much dairy or gluten for about 5 years ( and I wasn’t diagnosed with intolerances) and then I started eating it all during the lockdown and now I have patches with no hair all over my body... I’m not complaining about legs or private areas but my head... it is difficult. Thank you for sharing this, it made me realize I really need to cut it back off, no doctor told me this!

Hello sis. Thank you for youre information. My hair gets thinning and my dermatologist told me i have female baldness. I have psoraises as well my left hand gets really terrible its itching I told my doctor i think its something in my daily diet. She told me that is not the reason. I think it is the reason. I want to stop al of those things you named especially sugar and rice. Rice is my daily food. Even the sunflower oil i cook with every day i think is guilty of my inflamation. I wish i was that strong to stop like you did. You are brave. Love from Amsterdam. The Netherlands.

You CAN do it. The first step is actually telling yourself that you can. Food is an addiction and if there was a spokesperson for all things junk food, I would have been her! 😫😂 But, I just had to decided that my health was more important. Even if you are taking baby steps to improving your health, you are making progress. 🙏🏽❤️

@Casual 💪🥴 oats are good! I personally would avoid eggs because they are high in fat and cholesterol. Plus consuming on a regular basis can increase inflammation. Avoid bread if possible, but wheat is better than white since the flour isn’t bleached. Still recommend doing your own research 🙏🏽

I clicked on the link you send me. I'm kind of new at this. This link does not give me what I could eat and what is bad for you. I need you to send me a link where it shows me the foods you eat. Please send me the one that shows me what I should avoid. Show me what you eat. Like what do you eat for breakfast, dinner, and supper. On this link it tells me what I should avoid. On this link it shows me comments that people left. I need a better link. I know about sugar, salt. Show me a link where it shows me what your daily diet consists of. Hope you got one. Thank you iamnilsa. That is not your real name, is it? Have a great day. Greetings from a German women, living in Texas.

I eat at restaurants every blue moon. However, the closest to fast food would be like chipotle for a bean burrito bowl or something. lol I don't think it'll happen like that. The problem is chronic inflammation; when you have consistent poor eating habits. I say 80/20 is more realistic for most people. Eat good 80% of the time and you can have cheat days.
