Eating cooked garlic (or onion) is mainly for taste and it looses its effects as powerful remedy when boiled, on the other side eating garlic raw retain much more allicin which is responsible for many garlic's beneficial health effects. Bottom line I think it's fine to eat it everyday if cooked and raw as a remedy when needed 😉

This dude works for the luciferian elite aka the parasitic hivemind. Anyone who propagates AGAINST garlic is a deceiver. My grandma lived until she was 95 she was a big stout strong woman, she packed a pistol 🔫 too lol! had good sense of humor! Ate the food she loved everyday, she especially liked KFC, 😊🤷🏽‍♀️, she taught me how to wear hats! she said Olivia You look good in hats, 👒😊! My mom was 94 when she passed away, small petite lady, she was careful of the foods she ate, but she still ate what she liked! I miss both of them! They were beautiful! 💗♥️

You're talking different times; these days, air, water, food, soil are all polluted heavily with chemicals that didn't exist in grandma's times. We have, now, in our bodies unknown number of long-chain polymers (carcenogenic substances) that our immune system and biology can't handle. Cancer, big cancer, here I come!! All in the name of progress, to make money!

Don’t listen to this guy. There is a big stigma at the moment about the purity and origin of everything we consume. Let me tell you from countless hours of reviewing papers, as is my job, that the vast majority of papers saying that inorganic or processed or GMOs are carcinogenic, are fundamentally flawed, or the results are presented in a way that exaggerates the results. Usually for one reason, scientists want to be published and referenced. No meaningful credible results means no publication, aka big waste of time. Consistently science has shown that the old saying “everything in moderation” holds true. Thank you for sharing that story.

One of my best teachers taught me to avoid Dogma and to learn to live by eating nothing. Once you can live on nothing then you learn the things that are truly something. In modern terms you might call this the Elimination Diet as you slowly add in one thing at a time you begin to attune your body to what each plant or food does to you specifically. Paying attention is crucial to life.

I did this off my own intuition. And I must say. you are absolutely correct. I cannot believe, I use to fill myself w all types of so called foods and snacks, and substances in iso called food. Went on a total fast and minimal eating for two 3 years straight. When I tell you that a mANGO, is like a steak to me, and a tomato is an entire meal now. My body no longer wants or can even handle putting that much into it. I only seek that which my energy needs. Sunlight and water first. I can do any of those diets , or herbs and tonics, that use to seem so hard , because I am literally empty inside.

I’ve met in person individuals who went on 30 day water fasts, they had high energy, even jogged every morning thru the fasts. This has got me starting small fasts, and they sure make me feel the best I have ever felt. Allows the body to digest all old stored food waste. A majority of Americans think eating 3 meals a day is healthy , what they don’t realize is , one nutritional organic fruit can be way better for you then 3 full meals of processed crap. You won’t understand til you cut the crap out. Fasting definitely makes you more mindful and aware of what your body needs verses what you are just indulging in.

@@GreedC To quote what you wrote "in the end people do have a difference to our necessities because we all have changed by our surroundings" is not the same as what our body is designed to consume as food. You are diverting from the point. When you sue words such as necessities' you have to define the meaning of it and the context, otherwise, you are speaking ONLY in 'general' terms. Neither do I become ( The word is become and not 'get" as you do not know what the word GET means) @0 years serving in the military has taught me things you will NEVER learn or know, And now a teacher of English and History for some 11 years, my knowledge of English is far better than yours. Tell me he meaning of the story about the 'Three little pigs" What is the story teaching you.
