My grandmother baked this rustic bread. Old bread recipe. bake bread
❗️After this recipe, you won't buy bread anymore, you can bake it yourself at home.
Tall and very soft homemade bread. Stop buying bread and make your own old country bread.
Recipe from my 60-year-old grandmother! I don't buy bread anymore. Quick, simple and very tasty.

Cooking recipe and ingredients:
400 ml of warm milk.
3 tablespoons of sugar.
8 g of dry yeast.
Add 1 egg.
Sift 600 g of flour (all-purpose flour).
Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
60 g of butter at room temperature.
Cover with a towel and leave for 1 hour in a warm place (avoid drafts).
After 1 hour.
The dough rose well, soft as a feather.
Divide into 2 parts.
Grease the surface with butter.
Cover with a kitchen towel and leave to rise in a warm place for 20 minutes.
Egg yolk + 2 teaspoons of milk.
Brush the surface with the egg mixture.
Bake in an oven preheated to 190°C (374°F) for 25-30 minutes.
Remember to place a bowl of water at the bottom of the oven.
All is ready.
