water: 350 ml (12 fl oz)

milk: 100 ml (3.4 fl oz)

yeast: 6 g (0.2 oz)

nothing can replace wheat flour to produce gluten. Recipes like this actually make it complicated

Appears this is a "whole-kernel (polished) rice" in a wheat-flour bread recipe. It should have an interesting texture.

Вода, мука и дрожжи это основа хлебного теста. Добавлять рис в хлеб не вижу смысла. А соус вообще какая-то адская смесь. Гастрит хорошо развивает. Да ещё сколько возни. Овчинка выделки не стОит.😊

Dear,bread looks delicious, humble request do give it a try with sorghum flour and add 1/4cup rice flr too 3/4cup sorghum, coz only rice is carbs and sorghum is more nutrition's. ❣️🌹

In is like Malay kue we called it Apam when steam.And it is eaten with coconut pandan custard.

I would love to use this with brown rice. I had to watch this. Never in my dreams. But if you use loaf pans. You can save so much money make about 5 loaves that will last you for a while. Thank u for showing us this .

After using recipes that don't use any flour and just use soaked rice and a high speed blender with no kneading, this just seems unnecessarily complex. This isn't an efficient recipe to replace either gluten or gluten-free store-bought bread.

Rice has a high glycemic index just like regular bread. My son has diabetes so you have to learn quickly. It’s actually helped motivate me to change my diet completely. Breads (unless it’s Ezekiel bread) is actually terrible for you. Not to mention. All the ridiculous amounts of herbicides, pesticides, and gmos in our food products. Homestead or bust.

Qual a necessidade do arroz, já que vão todos os ingredientes para se fazer um pão. Melhor seria colocar batata, mandioca, mas tbm sem necessidade
