Здравствуйте, главное не перебарщивать с употреблением и тогда все будет хорошо 👌 А вообще можно печь хлеб на других видах муки, менее вредных 😊

Ne soyez pas si intransigeante 😮 Si cela ne vous convient pas, passez votre chemin. Des recettes de bons pains y en a foison sur YT. Cherchez : Margot pâtisse. Elle a d'excellentes recettes de très bons pains 😊
Votre recette contient 6 INGRÉDIENTS et non 3. Le titre de votre vidéo est erroné. Du pain avec du sucre et de l’huile, ce n’est pas la recette de base. De la levure sèche ou fraîche, de l’eau, de la farine et du sel suffisent pour faire du bon pain.

Vegetable oil? You mean Seed oil. You can't get any oil from vegetables.
