Sometimes that's what you have to do. Cut people off that ask too much & don't give back in return or you say no and they try to put you on a guilt trip when you know you said yes more than no.

I was nice and kind to others but some selfish and manipulative people tried to take advantage of my nature. I am now careful about whom I should help and how much I should do for others without allowing anyone to take me for granted. Help only those who genuinely need help and do not let anyone take advantage of you. Beware of fake people.

If can’t do that then taking care of others could become difficult and eventually prevent you from doing so later on because of lack of self care for yourself. Do your best to take time for self care! Good luck and hope your life gets better for you.

In case of relationships, if you're too nice, they'd walk all over you and eventually get bored and leave you. If you keep them at arms length, they'd leave you cuz you're not giving them what they want a 100%. How to win then?

How could you be so clear and to the point ,I have watched many videos , but this is everything. You have answered all my unanswered doubts , I needed to learn that , unfortunately I get affected by people ‘s emotions and push myself till I’m all drained out and in return , I don’t get the same actions from others , till I have reached a point of saying no without even listening and shutting down the closest people . This made me unable to differentiate between who could I help or who shouldn’t / must not help . Thank you a lot 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Just awesome ! You just don’t know how much your video has helped me. I just escaped and I mean escaped from a toxic relationship. This past Saturday I could not take it anymore and your video showed me that I was too nice to this man but he also over- powered me. I respect myself that I do, you confirmed that I had to leave no matter what. It’s amazing that I am not crying for him or wanting to go back to him. I feel so FREE and happy. But I do feel a little traumatized and so drained emotionally, physically, and spiritually. I have been sleeping and resting for 3 days now. But I know when I get my strengths back, I will blossom in my business life, my social life because he stole that, I will regain all if have, not lost but been hindered and just put on hold because he always tried to stop me or get in my way. Buy now I am so free and your video confirmed that I did the right thing and taught me how not to be too nice. Thank you thank you.

Some people r really not our cup of tea n it's better to let them go, not for their happiness bt for d one who deserve our 1st priority #ourselves😊😊

I commend you on your shared wisdom. I share the same mindset on all of the things you have shared and if anything you have confirmed that my mindset is correct. I am quite spiritual, I have been a Christian for approximately 27 1/2 years and I do my best to be a giving person and a great friend, however, I am still taken advantage of by some people who call themselves my friends and/or family. I often say no to certain people but then I've felt guilty at times when I wondered if I was being selfish. I agree that you must respect yourself before you can respect others and I just want to say thanks for confirming what I've believed for some time. I hope you will continue in what you are endeavouring to do because I find it to be very enriching. Blessings to you and I pray that you will continue to have good fortune.

Actually...it doesn't matter whether others respect us or not.....also it is not necessary that all those who r respected are really hving a good personality.....we just hv to be positive and develop a good personality.....I think we should always try....try....and try....to be a better person today than yesterday....

The point you described is really good. I am very emotional and sensitive person. thats why when i am sad or something happens to me I instantly share the feelings with my closed ones ,but they took advantage of me , they never understood me and I always feel very guilty about being nice to them

Thank you so much. I am going through tough time. I was so nice to my boyfriend. Whatever he says I always say agree with him. But after 3 years he left me alone for his career and for his life. When I asked him, he said like if you want me to have everything in my life, please leave me alone. I didn't have anyone to share my feelings or to guide me. Because my parents and sisters didn't know about this. At last I saw this video. Seriously this video will help me so much in my future. THANK YOU SO MUCH.It really means alot.
