Hey Brandon. I just wanted you to know that you're a big reason i now have almost an open tuck planche and almost straddle front lever, at 6'3, 28 years old with not so good genetics and only gaming workouts before 25 years. I asked you if i should do prep work with bent arm exercises before, like everyone else tells you - go slow reach x number of push ups, etc, etc - and you said jump right into it, so i did. So thanks for that. For me you're the champ and your youtube subscribers don't represent how great you are. Btw i still use your warm ups for rings, planche and wrists - they're the bomb! Thank you!

Now we could use a video on how to remove those fallacies, and how to mobilize. How to overcome the “pain”.

Thanks for the great content, bro. I have spent the last three months doing Rings and am trying to progress the next way possible. What do you recommend so I can do things like levers and planche and build muscle while doing it? Thanks brother
