Here in 2022 it’s almost impossible for me to find an m3k and any already 3 gun ready. I settled for a stoeger m3000 with 24 inch barrel. I purchased a plus 6 tube, the blue charging handle and added the blue release button. It looks like a 3 gun m3k and does well

Question: what length did you cut your spring at on your extension? I cut mine at 14" and it feels really stiff.

I cut mine about a inch longer then they recommend I just wanted to make sure it would feed

What chokes and ammo you using

Looking at getting into 3 gun competition but don’t wanna dish out a lot of money right away. So was looking at the stoeger is a good beginner shotgun and would you recommend it even 3 years later ?

100% yes, look into the MOA precision lightened recoil spring to run low recoil shells as well

Yeah Thats the shell release it will move a shell from the tube onto the lifter. So simply pulling back the bolt will not cause a round to leave the tube and enter the chamber.

it's work nice I shot some skeet the other day and it handled well very pointable

How has the reliability been on the M3k 3-gun? I'm itching to buy but I've never owned a semi-auto shotgun.

it's been flawless just make sure to put about 50 heavy game loads through it when you first buy it to break the springs in

They are awesome in reliability if you break them in as in the manual 200rd Heavy shot! clean it in detail before you shoot it, its packed in heavy grease internally. Check Champion Firearms in AZ shipped to me $595.00 its where I got mine! PS add the +6 extension for extra fun and 3gun I got mine from MOA Rrecision! they make them in different colors such as the blue or red, and black. You wont regret the Stoeger.
