Stir Fry Beef, Peppers, & Onions
Basic stir frying makes a great meal in a wok or in a skillet!
Ingredients:
1 pound Thin Sliced Beef (sirloin steak)
1 Small Onion (sliced)
1 Green Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 Red Bell Pepper (sliced)
1 Tablespoon Sliced Ginger
2 teaspoons Soy Sauce
Sauce:
3 Tablespoons Oyster Sauce
1-2 teaspoons Tiger Sauce
1-2 teaspoons Shaoxing Wine (see link below)
1 Tablespoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 Tablespoon Water
Make separate Corn Starch Slurry (1 Tablespoon Starch, 2 Tablespoons Water)
