I only listen to this type of christmas music. I have gotten tired of the modern crap. I work retail and am forced to listen to some of the worse music ever created. I play this on my cell to listen to great music. Thank you Sting for saving my mind

I have an alternative Christmas list that is filled with many different types of music. It includes swing music by Brian setzer and other musicians, the South Park Christmas album, Reverend Horton heat, James brown, some metal Christmas music and rap Christmas music. check out Benjamin Britten's Ceremony of Carols.. also some of the traditional carols from the UK and Eastern Europe.. very beautiful. Yes, shopping is not much fun in the Christmas season if you love good music and loath jingle bells and rudolf etc. Merry Christmas.

I love this concert and all the brilliant musicians Sting has gathered together from around the world. I can't save it for the holidays but listen to it year round.

This concert has become a must-listen-to for our family's Christmas. It is such amazing music by Sting and all the other talented musicians. Thanks for this gift!

Beautiful offering! I loved learning about the poet and priest Robert Southwell. I’ve been experiencing the service at my church like poetry and appreciate hearing about this gifted man who was canonized in 1971 by the Pope.

Magical concert, would have loved to have been at that one, imagine all those wonderful sounds echoing around the cathedral. Christmas at Sea reminded me of Marie Boine, wonderful arrangement.

So, so brilliant!!! For so many years now, this is Winter and also Christmas for me. At his best and all brilliant musicians and singers as well! Magnificent!

I play this at home every Christmas now ( 8-9 years?) since finding it. Thank you for such a deeply beautiful production. The music, the ensemble, the cathedral, decorations and lights - it's all a wonderful feast for the season. Bless you! & Merry Christmas

Love, love, love - so much soul in this music, and impeccable performance from all participants. The Sting is amazing to involve so many musicians, worthy of their allegiance - a great musical leader. This is such transcendant music - raising our hearts in the times of winter. The audience must have felt such privilege to be there wrapped in the magic of this performance and venue.

A new Classic for me and my family for each Christmas season. What talent.

Beautiful concert ! Lullaby for un anxious child is just perfect for these days : Christmas days ,the end of the year ,hope that the next year will be bright.For the first minute till the last dance it was perfect.

The calibre of the musicians is captivating, haunting, and soul enhancing. If that weren't enough, the entire performance is immensely interesting.

The fact that this is titled "A Winter's Night" rather than "Sting's Christmas Extravaganza" reminds us that the holiday many celebrate on December 25 (and the season that surrounds it) has at least as much to do with various ancient pagan solstice celebrations as it has to do with the holiday that came to be called "Christmas." This is a beautiful and fitting tribute to the quiet stillness of winter; and a welcome contrast to the commercial noise that has ufortuately come to characterize that season.

Absolutely stunning. These ancient songs take us back to unforgettable historical moments. The music is magical and the beautiful voice of the «Grand Knight» Sting lends itself so well. To recommend.

I can loose myself in Sting‘s music. He‘s one of the best.

Sting is so talented that he can make the legacy of England into catchy tunes and melodies. More singers and composers can learn much from Sting.

Great musicianship. I din´t know if Lovelly is an adequate word for this , very inspiring. Christmas as should be, is about celebrating the coming of the saviour. I personally want to give glory to him who died for our salvation, cheeers.
