Sir..my right femur was broken just above the knee in 2017. Plate implanted followed by plaster. After removing the bandage doctor not suggested physiotherapy as a result it got stiff. Later I did physiotherapy for 1 year for no output. It's now bending only 60 to 70 degrees. Now I m planning to remove the plate. Will it increase the mobility sir? Or please advise any other suitable procedure.

Good morning sir, I am 22 years old i am suffering from rheumatoid arthritis since 3 years and since 5 months my right knee is unable to straighten fully (upwards) in this condition I underwent arthroscopic synovectomy on 13-01-2022 and I am using CPM along with physical therapy since 13-01-2022, 17 days were gone but there is no progress in extension of knee, please suggest me sir. I am from Telangana state.

Sir arthroscopic lateral meniscectomy and synovectomy of right knee was done last year ..now again I am diagnosed with horizontal tear in body of lateral meniscus reaching upto inferior articular surface and grade 1 tear in LCL ...also having difficulty in walking pain swelling around knee locking sometimes ...how big this is and is there any need of surgery again

सर में खंडवा महाधप्रदेश का रहने वाला हुँ सर मेरा एक्सीडेंट 05/02/2022 को हुआ था तो मेरे को डॉक्टर साहब ने ऑपरेशन का बोला और मेने अपरेशान भी करवाया ऑपरेशन के 3दिन बाद डॉक्टर साहब राउंड पर आये और बोला की पैर हिलाओ ऊपर उठाओ तो सर पैर तो हिला लेकिन ऊपर नहीं उठा बहुत दर्द किया फिर चौथे दिन डाक्टर साहब राउंड पर आये और बोले चलो तुम्हारी डरेशिंग करनी है और मेको ऑपरेशन थेटर में ले गये वहा उन्होंने देखा और मेरे पंजे को पकड़हां और घूटने के निचे एक हाथ लगा कर मेरा ग़ुटना मोड़ दिया फिर उन्होंने मेको दो गोल वाले रोल तकिया दी और बोला की इस रोल को घूटने के नीचे लगाकर रखना फिर 8दिन बाद में डिस्चार्ज कर दिया फिर बोले की 20दिन बाद आना टाके कटवाने और में गया सर टाके कटवाने उन्होंने टाके काटे फिर में उनसे पूछा की डॉक्टर साहब रोल रखना है या अब नहीं तो उन्होंने बोला अभी 20 दिन का पक्का प्लास्टर लगाते है इससे तेरे घूटने के ऊपर जो ऑपरेशन किया है हढ़ी का उसमे प्लेट बैठी है उसे सेट अच्छे से हो जाये गी और सर पक्का प्लास्टर लगाया 20 दिन का तो मेने पूछा डाक्टर साहब अभी रोल हटाना है या नहीं तो उन्होंने हटाने का नहीं बोला फिर में 20दिन बाद गया प्लास्टर उत्तराने क्यू की प्लास्टर का समय ho गया था तोडाक्टर साहब से मिले डाक्टर बोले ऐसे क्या चल रहा है उन्होंने पूछा पैर ऊपर कर मेने पैर ऊपर किया उन्होंने बोला पैर मोड़ तो सर पैर नी मुधा डाक्टर साहब बोले की ग़ुटना जाम कर लिया है तो मेने बोला की डाक्टर साहब ग़ुटना कैसे जाम हुआ तो डाक्टर बोले की तुने अकसोसाइज नहीं की तो मेने बोला की आपने प्लास्टर लगाया था जितना पैर की जगह थी वहा तक पैर मुड़ रहा था बाकि आगे तो घूटने के ऊपर से जांग तक तो प्लास्टर लगा था 🙏🙏सर में अब कौन सी अकसोसाइज करू की मेरा पैर सही ho जाये 🙏🙏
